The firm also performs construction loan monitoring for various financial lending institutions. The President, Chris A. DeAngelis is a licensed Professional Engineer with nearly 20 years experience in the consultation field in Connecticut and New York. He is experienced in obtaining regulatory permits from Local, State and Federal authorities.

Claris Construction is a certified Butler Builder and specializes in light industrial and commercial buildings. Claris performs all architectural services in-house and provides construction management services from conceptual design through project completion. A-II Surveys is a Bridgeport-based surveying firm specializing in property line and topographic mapping, site planning, field stake-out and "as-built" services.
