Cabezas-DeAngelis was formed in February, 2009 by the merger of A-II Surveys, LLC and Civil Design Associates LLC. The owners, Washington Cabezas, Jr., LS, and Chris A. DeAngelis, PE, have over 30 years combined experience in the professional consulting field. Washington Cabezas, Jr., PE, LS Professional Engineer, Licensed Land Surveyor
Mr. Cabezas is a licensed Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer and has been working in the surveying and engineering field since 1997, primarily within Fairfield and New Haven Counties. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven. In 2006 he opened A-II Surveys, LLC to serve clients in the greater Bridgeport area. His knowledge of land use regulations is extensive throughout Fairfield County, and especially within Bridgeport, Stratford and Fairfield. Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and public officials is his top priority.

Chris A. DeAngelis, PE Professional Engineer, Estimator
Mr. DeAngelis has over 20 years experience as a practicing civil engineer. His experience is extensive in several areas, and ranges from small site improvement projects to large, complex developments. He began his engineering career in California working for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works in the Flood Design Division. Here he gained valuable experience in the hydrologic and hydraulic engineering fields, and has brought this knowledge with him to New England. Working in Connecticut and New York since 1996, he has widened his knowledge to include all phases of site engineering, land-use planning, environmental permitting and construction estimating services.
